Odd Differences In Night Time Body Temps ? I Sleep In The Same Bed With The Same Blankets And 67 Degrees. Always Too Hot/ Or Too Cold !!
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Each night I suffer from being too hot or too cold and wake up miserable !! I can't figure out how to stay comfortable all night every night ! With all aspects of my bed and room the same, I can't figure out why I am either too cold or too hot every night, or how to avoid this !!

Maybe try keeping a diary of what you ate for dinner and what time you took your last supplements and see if there's a correlation with the hot/cold sensations. Also check your sleep wear for fabric content. Sometimes it's the simple things that throw things off.

I'm always hot. No matter what unless I have fans and no or light blanket unless I'm sick. You might ask the Dr to run tests to see how your thyroid and other glands are doing. This just might be your body but it might be a imbalance.
