Recently diagnosed with fibro. In constant pain in what can only be described as lymph node areas. Moving, bending and stretching seems to resolve the pain but only for a short time. Anyone else had such pain? Is it normal for health anxiety to kick in and think lymphoma etc
My answer disappeared, so here goes again...
In my early years of Fibromyalgia, I had a lot of lymph node pain and "spongy" nodes. My physician ran titers for Epstein Barr Virus to check for resurfacing from a latent prior infection, and I did have chronic EBV. I also had myalgic encephalomyelitis. You might also consider your possible food and chemical sensitivities which may aggravate the problem. I even encountered sensitivities with some fresh produce I ate that caused the lymph node pain and fatigue to flair madly. Even though there were days when sleepless painful flair had my imagination in over-drive wondering what they would find inside of me after I thought I would die curled up on the loveseat; I do not worry about cancer. I just don't go there. I am not interested in it. You can consider at times what you might choose should you ever discover that you have it someday, but better to plan not to have it, and know that you won't know what you would decide unless the time was upon you anyhow. Let Peace reign in your ❤️ heart.
Oh no. He needs to decrease the anxiety/panic attacks. He can try medicines 4 them. U feel like ur gonna die said Supernanny. I freak out about emails cuz going through my divorce I'd get them and STAARESSED me out. Learned about pcs 🖥 and smart phones came out so had 2 learn them both.
Interesting how different ppl have different symptoms yet we r united. I have to have a root canal in a couple hrs. I would rather stick needles in my eye. No wait,, I need cataract surgery! Oy!
Oh that's normal. Us nurses r always thinking we have cancer. Isn't it cool when dog can smell like bladder cancer?🐕
Hello & welcome, Dave
I used to get pain in lymph node areas.
My husband has been dealing with health anxiety since last fall. He was on chemotherapy and got food poisoning. Due to no instructions on the test he was sent home from the hospital with, diagnosis took over a month. It took 2 rounds of antibiotics to cure him. Any time he had digestive issues he had a panic attack. Often he panics after, and sometimes before a meal. It's nightmarish.
