Have You Heard Of “Non-Crliac Gluten Sensitivity”? Have You Had Success With Glutten Free Diet?

I found an article that discusses about -fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Caused by Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity and wondered if how many have tried strict “Glutten Free Diet” and had remission from Fibromyalgia

MauiT- ya I journal things that I reached to, to see if other foods trigger me. That really helped. If something you think gave you a symptom. Write down what you think you ate bothered you and how it bothers you. Wait 3 days and try it again if you had the some reaction then you know. Sometime I did it 3 times. You would be surprised what foods you maybe sensitive to. The human body is a tricky thing🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel a lot better gluten free but the fibro remains. I don't miss wheat in my diet much. I've heard coffee is "cross reactive" for gluten sensitive people, but I still have my cup of java each day, so maybe I need to quit coffee for a while and see how I feel. For me, quitting sugar and processed carbs was also a big improvement.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I think my fatigue is less because at the same time I got a CPAP machine. Instead of sleeping 12 to 14 hours nightly with a 2 hour nap I am now sleeping 6 to 7 hours nightly and usually no nap. It might be a combination of the 2.

Ive found i need to vary my diet. Sometimes I try gf, but other times i try something else. The only consistency that I have found is that inconsistency is all that works. Sad but true, this disease is nuts,
