I was thinking about myself when I asked the question because I take medication’s and I know some of them can cause dehydration.

I sometimes feel so sluggish or more exhausted than usual and I have read this can be an indication that I am dehydrated and need to
drink more water.

Members connected over the question of drinking enough water, with many sharing that while they know hydration is important for energy, preventing cramps, and managing medication side effects, the constant need to use the bathroom makes it challenging, especially during travel or outings. Several members offered practical strategies including keeping water bottles ready in the fridge, adding grated ginger for taste and digestive benefits, drinking electrolyte or isotonic sports drinks to help with muscle cramps and energy, and timing water intake around activities like yard work when the body uses it more efficiently. A recurring theme was the delicate balance between staying properly hydrated and managing the inconvenience of frequent bathroom trips, with members showing understanding and humor about this shared struggle while encouraging each other to prioritize their health.
