I work in a laboratory setting and everything changes quickly. Currently we do not have enough workstations for new staffing. Sitting at available desks has proved to be difficult especially considering some benches are low and some are high. I do my best with ergonomics such as adjusting my chair but not having a consistent spot makes it difficult to set myself up to prevent pain etc. Any suggestions?
