Newly diagnosed…mostly terrible pain/fatigue the past month and a half! Also a single mom to a toddler. Any advice? Well wishes and air hugs to everyone 🤎

Welcome. So sorry for your bad/ pain fatigue. It’s so hard having fibromyalgia and a toddler. I remember those days. It will take awhile ,for you to discover what will help you. Hope you have a good doctor. I wasn’t able to tolerate very many medication. So I’ve rely on Tylenol and CBD and my heat pad. Epsom salt baths. I ice certain areas, like my back if it gets chronic. Otherwise I love my infrared heat pad. It’s important not to push your muscles beyond what they can tolerate. Also have a lot of rest periods. Try not to get too stressed. Hugs 💖Victoria
