Hi just wondering for those in the UK who receive pip how long after review interview did it take to get a decision
Thank you that helps a lot. I always felt horrible for sufferers in other countries because I wasn't sure if they could get help. I really appreciate the information thanks you💞
No PIP isn't like social security. It's for anyone living with a disabling illness and isn't connected to income or any tax. It isn't taxed either. Then we have benefits which are likely more similar to what you mean. If you can't work then you get financial help
I just got a phone call then a let in the post he uses tasty takes about five days
Mine was in Oct 2019 and didn't get decision till January 2020. I think it depends on their workload and sometimes it can be sooner than that. But payments continue until the decision
I am UK ignorant, but your pip must be like our Social Security, we go taxed, then it goes to our fund. I was just interested because I always wondered how the UK helped or had help for people with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain.
