Thanks for the replies ! I started a gluten free diet 5 days ago and intend to do this for a month to see if it makes a difference! I will keep you posted!!

Yes! Corn too! Corn causes more problems than wheat.

I was gliten free for three years, did not help at all for me.

Just to give an update ! I have been on a gluten free diet for a month and unfortunately fibromyalgia pain hasn’t reduced and I don’t feel any difference !
