I have heard about “dry needling”
It is done at the PT office where they insert needles like what they do in accupuncture but deeper. It’s supposed to release some muscle tension. I was supposed to get this but I didn’t have time when I was at the East Coast. I hope to get it when I get back there.

Never tried
