I get rashes that have raised bumps off and on. Very sensitive skin seems to go along with fibro. I use over the counter cortisone cream which helps and in winter use lotion because I think sometimes dry skin exacerbates it. Good luck finding relief! (I also gave up gluten and it helped with skin complaints but I do occasionally get rashes here and there for no reason that I can tell).

A few years ago I had that. I did an elimination trial and discovered that I'm gluten intolerant. Gave up gluten and no longer have the rash.

Could it be shingles?
