Don’t let people make you feel guilty because you are not up to going out, cleaning house, sometimes even taking a shower and getting dressed.

Gadgets are good too. Like heat pads, hot water bottles, comfortable pillows and cushions for support, a grabber so you dont have to bend over. There are lots online. X
