Have you tried voltaren? I think the prescription works better. I literally apply it head to toe on all my joints and pressure points every nights and some mornings in the winter. This has been a game changer for me. It's made a difference as to whether or not I can get to sleep at night. I put it on my neck when it starts to hurt, because if I don't, I will end up with migraines. Love this stuff!

There are shaped pillows … they don’t work for me.

When laying down I use two pillows, one for my head and a second small one to support my neck.

I found if I lay on my back with a couple pillows under my knees and my head on a small flat pillow, I wouldn't have many issues. I since have found the Easy Rest Pillow. it has a side for on your back, other, for your neck as side sleeper. All in one.

Yes u have alot of pain there. I have cervical stenosis among other things. My neck bothers me everyday

I have a totally squished up down pillow for my head and neck. A total embarrassment, but it works for me. I also have three small buckwheat filled camp pillows that I use for the shoulders or knees. I recently ordered a cervical pillow online and it was hard as a rock, got sent back. The perfect neck pillow is so illusive.
