Waking body buzzing

I get all over body buzzing on waking which last a couple of seconds on and off, but once I get up and out of bed, it stops. It feels so weird. Can anyone relate?

I'm being referred to a neurologist for this now, especially as I've had a couple of off-balance issues resulting in falls.
