Members overwhelmingly confirmed that weather significantly affects their condition, with cold temperatures, rain, humidity, and barometric pressure changes being the most common triggers for increased pain and flare-ups. Several members shared that they can predict weather changes just by how their body feels, with winter and cold, damp conditions being the most challenging seasons, while warm weather brings noticeable relief and reduced pain medication needs. A recurring theme was the emotional and physical toll of seasonal changes, balanced by strategies like staying connected with friends who encourage getting out, adjusting expectations rather than resisting the reality, and finding gratitude for what they can still do despite the limitations.

Bad weather definitely affects me! Even in the Summer, rain or a storm makes me hurt and feel depressed. Winter can be horrible. I try to get out and see people, but I just can’t get out in cold rain! It’s the worst!
Praying for you 🙏❤️ And thanking God for what I am able to do ✝️

I'm definitely feeling extremely achy and I'm always freezing🥶. I can hardly tolerate the heat, now it's cooler and I feel my whole body throbbing from pain🙃 Hang in there Warriors💜💟💪🏼
