When you are home — wear your most comfortable, loose fitting clothing. When your skin hurts, clothing can actually more comfortable worn inside out. Purchase new clothing for when you are home, with the most important thing about the clothing being how SOFT it is. Your bedding, buy sheets mainly for how soft they are.

A hand held shower massage does wonders for me. Your talking about multiple areas of your body being affected, a hand held massage is the easiest way to reach all areas.
