How are you finding your medical care? As in do you have a GP who you feel understands fibro ( as much as anyone really can)? Do they provide you with referrals when you ask? Do you feel they respect your experience and treat you with empathy (as opposed to looking at you like an alien?)

I finally got help after my GP looked at all the years, I documented my pains and problems daily he sent me to an Arthritis Clinic to a specialist, that does know alot about Fibro also, he is the one that helped me to find what was wrong with me, because when you have fibro, I have learned you have many things wrong that many doctors over look,
Does anyone experience skin issues such as small fluid filled pimples during or before flare-ups that are not shingles over your body? And or some are not fluid filled,
Keep searching. There has to be a fibro specialist or gp worth seeing
