How Your Bra Feels When You Have Fibromyalgia

How Your Bra Feels When You Have Fibromyalgia

I struggle with wearing bra for long hours especially in working week๐Ÿ™ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
With the hot weather it's even the worse clothing to have on all day. I have big breast so can't go out without them ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—. I strip mine off as I step into the house๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Because I have RA in my hands, I can't fasten a normal bra. I wear soft unstructured sports bras, most days, on the worst days, when my entire body feels sunburned, I wear a soft cotton camisole my blouse and "ouch" dress. I even go shopping this way if I have to leave the house. No one knows.

We are so sensitive to touch! I have to wear a bra all the time or i have increased pain which Iโ€™m sure is a holdover from all the breast Cancer. I have found that an underwire bra with almost no seams against the skin is my preferred type. iโ€™ve tried a lot.

I do take really, really soft blankets and wrap myself in them to sleep sometimes. The incredible softness on your skin canโ€™t be beat.

(Just for the record, I do take it off once in a while when I go to bed, but I find I get increased pain so I put it back on.)๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜ข

Try cotton bra wireless more bigger than usual
Example I used 38C and I'm buying 40 and 42 C. When I getting my flares I'll be changing.
