How Your Bra Feels When You Have Fibromyalgia
I struggle with wearing bra for long hours especially in working week🙃😃😃
With the hot weather it's even the worse clothing to have on all day. I have big breast so can't go out without them 🤗🤗. I strip mine off as I step into the house😃😃😃

Yo igual no los soporto mucho.
Me compre Uno's fruit of the loom. En algodon y una talla más grande de los que acostumbro a usar. Igual tambien Tengo dias que me molesta todo.
In the summer, I wear sleevless tank tops under my clothing and in the winter I wear long sleeve t shirts under a sweater. I only wear a bra if I am going to go to something special. It just hurts too much!
Bras started to bother me about 6 months ago too. I am also a larger girl (cup size F). However, I just don't feel comfortable going braless.
I know many of you are in the UK and other places, but for the ladies in America, I found bras I can wear at home: Fruit of The Loom Women's Cotton Stretch Extreme Comfort Bra. They make them in larger sizes and they are cheap--2 for $13. It has underwire under the breast, but not the sides. These are just thin cotton bras (and great for warm days too!), so I don't wear them outside the house unless I'm covered under layers. But this allows me to feel comfy but still supported around the house.
For outside the house, I have nicer bras but I had to cut out the plastic in the side supports--it hurts too bad with them in!
Best time of the day is when I come home and take my bra off never wear them in the house , then only soft non wired as my rib cage aches so much ! 😫
Because I have RA in my hands, I can't fasten a normal bra. I wear soft unstructured sports bras, most days, on the worst days, when my entire body feels sunburned, I wear a soft cotton camisole my blouse and "ouch" dress. I even go shopping this way if I have to leave the house. No one knows.
