I had difficulty reading, so I went outside to water and deadhead flowers beside my driveway. A neighbour who's wife is a close friend stopped to chat and I literally could not find words. I was majorly embarrassed. Afterward I realized that I was having an ocular migraine. I didn't recognize it because I didn't have the typical zigzag pattern across my vision.
