Does Anyone Experience Disrupted Sleep....waking Every Couple Of Hours & How Do U Deal With It
I find sleep is my only true pain free space, too bad I'm like you and can't manage more than 2 or 3 hours at a time. During flare ups I may get an hour here or there.
I listen to meditation music and just lay in bed those nights. I have no luck with meds so i smoke a little THC and helps me relax and sink into the mattress.

Yes!! Ive recently started using cbd with thc (legal if you order on prescription in the uk) and i must say its worked a dream, i only wake up about 3 times in the night now and i got 8 hours last night which i havent done in years!! Its very expensive for what you get but hands down worth the money x
Since Fibro, I need to drink lots of water.
So I need to visit the ladies room a couple of times during my sleep time. What I have to do is use minimal light and immediately get back to bed. Absolutely Nothing more than that, or I can forget about getting any more sleep.
Yes very typical for fibromyalgia people. Years before I had my diagnosis I really struggled with that. Now I take some CBD and some Tylenol. Also some CBD creams anointment helps
