Members connected over the experience of coccyx bone pain, with many sharing that they also have overlapping conditions like fibromyalgia, scoliosis, osteoarthritis, and disc issues, making it difficult to pinpoint the exact source of their discomfort. Several members offered practical strategies that have helped them find relief, including sleeping in a recliners or on their side with a pillow under the knees, using ice or heat, taking Meloxicam or other pain medications, stretching regularly, and sitting on a donut cushion when needed. A recurring theme was the frustration of constant pain that makes sitting, sleeping, and daily activities challenging, met with warm encouragement, shared faith, and solidarity from others navigating similar struggles.

I had pain in my Coccyx for years even before I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis, Scoliosis, and bulging discs. Fibromyalgia or not it hurts very bad especially when I lay down. I have to sleep in my recliner.

My back feels like it’s breaking in the morning. No relief until I do a bit of walking and then take 2 cocodomol. Fibro, problem discs and osteoarthritis. Happy days 🙄 Sending you and everyone here a massive hug from U.K. xxx❤️

Good morning, yes, very much so, I know that fibromyalgia affects our backs however, I also have scoliosis, DDD, osteoarthritis in my spine so, I'm never sure what is causing the pain.
I'm guessing it's the fibromyalgia, I was born with the scoliosis and never had pain from it my whole life.
I hope you're not in too much pain ❣️

I have two herniated discs and after the last surgery flopped I decided no more surgeries for me. I am going to give balancing my muscles a try. If it works as advertised I will let you all know a great way to help with your back pain. I will have to wait until the beginning of the month so that I can order it though. I will let you know. :)
