Yes I have tried hypnosis. I found it to be quite useful.

I’ve heard of it and never looked into it any further. It sound interesting because my motto has and continues to be “WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MIND YOU PUT IN YOUR BODY!”

Ehhh.. they just TRY to trick your mind (re wire) into thinking differently. It just don't "GO AWAY" I've had this since I was a kid mostly. Chronic pain is a life sentence. 😒😕

I've heard that it can help. I haven't tried it, but I have seen it work on patients in the recovery room after minor surgeries.

I have researched two hypnosis clinics and will interview both with a free consultations.
I am also inquiring whether Medicate will pay for specific types of hypnosis.
