What do you do and do you eventually feel better? How do uou get motivated?
I really tried daily exercise hoping that i would eventually feel better, truth is i cant do much without paying for it. I try gentle walks a couple of times a week and i used to swim which is great whilst you're in the water.
I would say if you are going to try daily exercise be gentle dont try to over do it and make sure you have enough time to rest xx
Yes 5 to ,6 days wk. I have machine that is like bike but also eliptical. I do it 30 min 3x wk then on 2 days wk go to our st ctr and do a dance/ resistance training class for strength. 6th day walk dogs and clean house
Hi. I do a light exercise class twice a week with a least 5000 steps in walking daily in between them. Exercise class as all know here I dread, it doesn't help but it doesn't make it worse I just can't do it on the high pain days. Walking hurts but I'm told the key is to stay active or pay for sitting still. So if I'm in pain either way I would rather try do summit to warrent that pain if that makes sense x

Bluebird21 i had heart attack in sept. Now have 3 stents. I do it cuz told had to to live! I hate it w a passion but not ready to shut down either.
