I have the same and it gets far worse if i walk any distance gp / physio have given me 3 pissibilities as i have been lime this since i had covid and on/off diazapam . Costcodritis, i tercosstal muscles or a prolapse disc from coughing. I have heat , normal meds and ibrofen and acupressure mat . But any other suggestions welcome please x

Brenda🌷, it sounds like Costochondritis. Many of us have this with Fibro.

I have the exact same symptoms time to time. I noticed that certain specific movements makes the pain flare so I am trying to be mindful about it. Rest, heat, warm bath, helps. Also avoid tight clothing around chest , somehow even just pressure from bra or tighter clothes can be trigger. Of course have your doctor rule out any medical condition which might cause your symptoms. My flares lasts anywhere from 3 days to 6 weeks.
