Does Anyone Else Have This Problem? And What Do You Do For It?

I'm having an increased amount of pain in my ribs, upper back and chest. I'm using a heating pad, muscle relaxers and advil. Is there anything I can try that I haven't thought of yet? Thanks so much for your help!
