@DeanaCrawfordI believe it is from a sluggish gut problem. It is found in fibro patients we have a problem with candidia over growth. I take Vsl#3 probiotics , I take sucralfate and protonix for GERD,& Diverticulosis maybe called Irritable bowel syndrome.
Mine is caused by meds. I have gastritis and if I take any of my meds without food and lots of water I get pain in my stomach and acid reflux. Hope this helps.
I take pro biotics. It seems to help stay regular with all the meds I am on.
It is all the pills I take that causes my stomach issues. I find eating 2 activia yogurts a day helps keep things running the way they should and lots and lots of water.
Acid indigestion! Foods n drinks can cause it, also stress.
I take zantac for mine. Its available otc or by rx.
