My hair has been thinning for years especially at the front and sides of my head but I take biotin and it seems to help
Mine is thinning some but age plays a part too
I take a gummie called "Hair Skin & Nails" - google it - Nature's Bounty is the best one. I am under a LOT of stress due to having to put hubby in memory care and chewing a couple of these gummies every morning has definitely helped to reverse hair loss. It does have side effects though. I can grow a mustache faster than any man and have to take care of that issue every day i.e. pulling the chin and upper lip hairs with a tweezer. Always something . . . .πππ
Look up Indian head massage helps hair growth. As they working with lymphatic system which they can get blocked hair follicles. and reiki healers you will never look back.πΉβ€xx
Thank u so much for responding. Unfortunately I'm in the 2percent of people w sensitivity to higher doses of biotin π₯Ί. I can't take more than 500mcg. U would think vitamins would be safe no side effects etc... but some do regretfully. I'm icing my scalp and will be starting to apply rosemary mint oil. I Don't want to have to go on Rogaine. Have good Fibro friendly night π sorry u deal w hair loss too ππΉL
