Hi I'm 53 years old do men have hot flushes.they make you feel so bad then you go cold .is it fibromyalgia.that does this or medicine I'm on duloxetine. It helps my moods.but I have no pain killers as they don't work or they make me gar gar.you ladies probably saying have some of it .never realised how bad they were.some suggestions would be appreciated.

It could be the meds but it is a case of layer the clothing so you can take layers off and put them back on 🙌 i take a well women vitamin not sure if it would do for you though , for women they just say the flushes are menopausal x i hope someone gives you some tips
