HOT SWEATS.....please Go Away

HOT SWEATS.....please Go Away

Evening lovely people
Im asking this again on the chance that someone maybe able to give me different things to try....
Ive done the vitamins, herbal remedies, increased hydration.
As standard i know we are unable to regulate our body temperature.....mine is heat, or heat and sweats, day and night.
Has anyone had this and over time it stopped???
Help.. ❤️

Unfortunately it is a Symptom of Fibromyalgia and Menopause, because we have both together especially older women Younger Women it also affects, having hot sweats, I heat up all the time even in Winter.
Hate it especially when I am trying to put Makeup on and I am sweating from my hair down to my neck.

At night I use Towels under me I sweat on them as well as the sheets. Wished I knew what would work.

During the day and night I wear really Strong Deodorants, the strongest that I can buy.

Many Blessings to You All I know how it feels.

Wow...
So sorry to find so many little souls suffering the same. You would think it would be easy for medical cure.
It seems almost every symptom we have ....there is no relief. Our medical profession along with lack of funding into our condition..have alot to answer for....we always seem to be bottom of the list.
Rant over....thank you all for sharing means alot ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Hi, over time, I have found that my ibs causes problems with either being too hot, due to wrong foods, and then too cold because I have been to the toilet too much.
I have kept a food diary, and am now a pescatarian, meat is a no, no for me.
I don’t know if this could be your problem, or just our thermostat.
Sorry I couldn’t help more.
But diet is helping me now.
