As Time Goes By Am I Correct In Thinking New Symptoms Can Start Out Of The Blue?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am experiencing new symptoms over the past number of months. Sporadic High heart rates, shortness of breath, fatigue time spans are longer, light headed, muscle spasms seem to be worse and longer. I had an incident where I came down off a ladder wrong in October. Missed a few steps and dropped off the ladder and landed hard on foot. Mostly the heel. Next day the pain was excruciating and I went to hospital. No visible damage. Very limited movement. Am in PT for the last 5 months. Physio… read more

Happy Thursday,
I was at the Dr. Have some bursitis in hip. Cortisone treatment should help.
I am very sensitive to a lot of meds, therefore will be continuing on with Physio, excercises, tens machine, heat, and going to learn meditation techniques.
Know my limits, rest when I need to, focus on all that is good, and find something in each day to make my heart smile. Live each day to the fullest.
Slow and easy wins the race. Stay positive and continue to push through the symptoms
P.S. Heart rate issue has been resolved.
Thanks for being there

I was wondering if it worsens with age also. But, I think, my issue is the winter. We usually go someplace warm in the winter and can't do that because we don't have the "shot" and won't get it. I'm not depressed but all I want to do is lay in bed and read or watch tv. I hate it and I think its making my pain worse. I just have no desire to do anything. Hope things get better for you soon.

Thank you, I hope so as well. A break from it would be very much appreciated.

Yes yes, yes, to all as I said to another fibro sufferer, it's the time of year, and weather!! Get sunshine and try to beat it play the mind game , cuz its your best friend and the strongest part of you, I'm today letting my mind game rest past 2 days I've been outside gardening in areas I've let go for 2 years and deeply regret it, my problem is the next day I'm walking on legs that are still shaking from exertion the previous day, THERMA Rx I use for cramps. At the onset of a cramp that tingle you feel , that you know if you move 1 iota it will turn into a 30 minute Charlie horse, so besides that and
ropinerol, for restless leg syndrome, both are a huge help for my cramps.
