I also have trouble with my left side. My hand is really weak. My right hand will ocassionally jerk (out of my control) But my left hand is weak, and I have also had swelling. I've had people tell me to go to the Doctor because swelling can be something other than fibromyalgia.. So, you might want to check with your Doctor about that. I'm weak on my left side when I walk as well! I had a left knee placement a few years ago. That may be my problem! I hope you have a Doctor that is knowledgible about fibromyalgia. He/She may be able to help!

I do suffer from swollen feet and ankles. It stops me wearing a setting type of shoes. Currently I prefer trainers, low heels boots, they are comfy. I have reduced my salt intake. I used Himalayas salt/pink salt to reduced swelling.

My right worse than my left but I also have bad skin witch is on my left foot

My feet and my hands swell all the time. Sometimes they go numb or tingle, be sore or stiff, a whole bunch goes on .

Compression socks can be helpful if your doctor gives that the ok. Best wishes for feeling better, it's an awful feeling.
