Hello everyone 👋 has anyone else with fibro been diagnosed with costocondritis (inflammation of rib cage). Not sure if the pain I am experiencing is just another fibro site and my diagnosis is incorrect. Have had it for over 3 years and am finding the pain very debilitating. The slightest activity now triggers it and the pain and frequency of attacks has increased over the years. Would be very grateful to hear of anyone else's experience with this. Many thanks. I have often. Can be hard to breath. I take xtra strength arthritis tylenol and use biofreeze.
I like emu oil. But also like cbd cream. Vick’s vapor rub works great! Think it’s the camphor in it.💗
I for sure have it. It doesn’t bother me as much unless I press on my ribs in certain areas. Other times I get radiating pain.
Drives me crazy, and breathing is hard.
