@A MyFibroTeam Member I've been using the Natural Calm Magnesium powder for the past four years. I use a teaspoon of the powder in a coffee mug filled with hot water. I find that works for me and doesn't act as a laxative - with me anyway. I drink it late afternoon or early evening.
Doctor told me to take magnesium up to bowel tolerance๐ I have to say that Magnesium Malate is the very best, recommended for fibromyalgia, and helps some with pain. I have a great multi that increased my energy. Iโll send all later.๐
