Members shared their favorite vitamin and supplement regimens for managing chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis, with the most commonly mentioned being magnesium, vitamin D3, B-complex vitamins, zinc, and vitamin E for energy, pain relief, stress management, and hair health. Several members offered practical guidance on supplement forms and dosages, including magnesium malate or bisglycinate for fibromyalgia pain with less digestive upset than citrate, zinc picolinate for better absorption, and B-complex with folate rather than folic acid for those with anxiety. A recurring theme was the importance of finding what works for your individual body through careful experimentation, staying mindful of proper dosages and potential interactions like zinc depleting copper, and leaning on the community's shared experiences when doctors offer limited nutritional guidance.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I've been using the Natural Calm Magnesium powder for the past four years. I use a teaspoon of the powder in a coffee mug filled with hot water. I find that works for me and doesn't act as a laxative - with me anyway. I drink it late afternoon or early evening.

Doctor told me to take magnesium up to bowel tolerance๐Ÿ˜ I have to say that Magnesium Malate is the very best, recommended for fibromyalgia, and helps some with pain. I have a great multi that increased my energy. Iโ€™ll send all later.๐Ÿ’•
