I’ve tried the CBD oil drop that you put under the tongue, the CBD balm, and CBD gummies. None of them gave me relief. Now my sister is insisting I take it everyday for 6 months to see if it will help. But I want to know if there is proof first that it works before I spend that much money. The small balm was $80 🤦🏻♀️
THC is the part of the marajuana plant that has a little loopy side effects. There are two major strains Sativa for daytime and indica for evening. You can buy many different ratios of CbD and THC
Everything from 1:20 1 to 1:1.
I prefer edibles. A squsre of chocolate melted in my coffee is nice.
My experience has been that CBD by itself was not worth the cost. I tried all the different types of products.
What I found very beneficial is CBD with THC. This is a cannabis product and must be legal in your state. There are different ratios 40:1, 20:1 and so on. For me it is a blessing on those really difficult days.
I use edibles: gummies, chocolate and cookies. If you can find cannabis butter, you can make your own edibles. This is very cost saving. I make killer pumpkin spice muffins.
My Medical Marijuana doctor explained that CBD oil with a low THC 10% would be helpful. But to start with 3 drops of the oil under my tongue, see how that worked. Increase if I needed more or decrease if I needed less. The three drops worked well for me. Had enough THC to help me relax, but not get high, it helped with the pain. I took the drops 3x daily until I was able to just use 2x daily. The CBD oil I started with was 1/4%.
I was told that CBD is best delivered with a low dose of THC with it.
