My And Me
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Do any others that use marijuana for pain management have difficulties feeling out of control of your bodies? I take a very small bit of special Chocolate...made by natives from the reserve nearby. When I am in so much pain even breathing hurts. It makes my pain tolerable but leaves me so high I am afraid to move.

It leaves me feeling that way too, which I don't like feeling like I have no control over my body, so I started getting less potent marijuana. That really helped me, not feeling out of control of my body and it still helps insomnia and pain.

MJ is the only thing that helps me and as an edible. But I mix the THC and CBD, put it in the vaporizer. Then wait till I have enough left overs. Grind it in the coffee grinder. I put a pinch in my coffee and 2hrs later I put a pinch in some other food or drink. Trust me you will not taste it and a little pinch at a time is all it takes. Good luck 🍀 to you.

Edibles with THC, especially those not made in a controlled environment (oversight, testing), is like Russian Roulette. You never know how much THC is in each edible? Edibles also give you more of a body buzz then a head high, so that is why your body feels weird. I smoke both CBD and high % THC for pain and relaxation.
