I choose to stay with my husband and kids. They make me feel better and make me laugh. They also give me comfort and look after me. And of course I have my cat luna who does not leave me alone but she is extra comforting when I'm having a really bad day. Xxx

Members responded warmly to the question of what brings comfort during pain, sharing a wide mix of physical, emotional, and spiritual sources of relief. Several members turned to heat in various forms, including heating pads, heated massage chairs, infrared saunas, and warm baths with hemp salt bombs, while others found comfort in prayer, Bible reading, and affirmations. A recurring theme was the healing power of connection, whether with a spouse, children, pets, or faith, alongside simple pleasures like a warm blanket, a funny show, or a cup of tea.

Oh boy, naming one would be hard! I love my heated massage chair. I love soaking in my jacuzzi bath tub with added hemp infused salt bombs. Sometimes wrapping myself in my heating blanket and zoning on the couch with relaxing music (meditative for me). I have a membership for infared sauna time at local spa and love it if I can bring myself to drive there. It is only ten minutes from my house, but somedays that is even too much. I also like the salt cave at the spa as I find that meditative. My mantra is "Breathe in Peace; Breathe out pain.
I know alot of people have trouble with side affects of Lyrica/Pregablin, but i truly could not live without it. I also take Tramadol and Cyclobenzaprine as needed. Cyclobenzaprine at night and Tramadol if I am not driving anywhere that day. Most days I take 70mg of full spectrum CBD oil capsules. I prefer pure vermont full spectrum CBD capsules. You can order them online and ship to your house. I also use their CBD oil and have my massage therapist apply it when i go for my biweekly massages. My dog also takes the CBD dog biscuits. Chills him right out.
If all else fails, I take a 1/2 Indica marijuana gummy. It can really make me tired, so no driving then either!
If my costochondritis acts up, I wrap an extra large heating pad around my ribs. That is almost worse than the Fibromyalgia at times.
Managing this disease is, in and of itself, a full time job. People ask me what I do for work and I now respond "Treat my fibromyalgia."

Imagining having a great Margarita(even tho it's only water) and watching a good movie cuddled up in my lounger with a warm blanket. Maybe I should put salt on my water glass rim!
