Anyone Have Problems With Digestive Issues With Their Fibro?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Had fibro over the last 5 years and never had any issues and then very recently having problems with severe constipation. I drink plenty of water, eat fruit and veg and walk everyday with my dogs.

I also have digestive issues due to too many pain meds from the doc (years ago). I had chronic constipation, also. I am now drinking celery juice in the morning, first thing. I think it's helping, but it's a work in progress.... 😏
