Anyone Have Problems With Digestive Issues With Their Fibro?

Had fibro over the last 5 years and never had any issues and then very recently having problems with severe constipation. I drink plenty of water, eat fruit and veg and walk everyday with my dogs.

I also have digestive issues due to too many pain meds from the doc (years ago). I had chronic constipation, also. I am now drinking celery juice in the morning, first thing. I think it's helping, but it's a work in progress.... 😏

My dear old aunt swears by bran, she buys it by the bag, uses it 3 times a day, she puts a tablespoon on her food each meal, its tasteless. She eats 3 tablespoons a day of it. It does work once it gets in your system, takes about 10 days. Raisin Bran is a good start.
My grandmother swore by mineral oil, I tried it, couldn't handle the taste or the oily feel UGH, Gag a maggot ugh !! It worked well for her.
I did tolerate her concoction for arthritis........she'd mix a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of vinegar and do this daily to keep her limber, it must have worked, at the ripe old age of 80 she could out walk and out run me !!
I do love the old school concoctions !!
Best of luck !!
