Does anyone else suffer with psoriasis as well as fibromyalgia

I started getting very dry skin like if it’s an infection on my feet about a couple of years ago. But beginning oh this year it has got really bad where I can’t put my feet on the floor and the doctor thinks it could be psoriasis

Last few days it’s started on my hands

I totally understand how you feel. But, even if you look at things it will suggest the elimination diet. Hope you give a try.

Yes unfortunately I have bad psoriasis on my scalp, sometimes it's fine and sometimes it flares up so much like my head is burning and itchy.

In my case i gave a nutrionist and that is what she had me do. Because, greens have fiber, proteins, carbs, minerals, etc. it actually for me kept me full. And drinking water and tea i drank chamomille, dandelion, etc
