Jasmine, thanks for the update! I appreciate.
Yup. Mine is fibro related too. I find when I do light pool exercises, my muscles don’t hurt as much, not even my ankles or toes

But now with our active 11 mos old puppy I haven’t been able to do much for myself. But if you can I recommend pool therapy and also acupuncture! It also relieved a lot of muscle tightness and pain for me. But w Covid still lingering and being busy at home I haven’t had a chance to go back to.

I also find light weight lifting and stretching can help muscles stay more flexible and stronger, but again it has to be a part of your routine. I sometimes am too tired to do and then stop for weeks and my aches worsen :(

We must not only hang in there but persevere to do things that will help us have a better quality of life. That sounds so easy, right? It’s not always but we all know we have to work at feeling better, unfortunately.

It’s so nice to communicate with others who know our trials, challenges and understand our heart.
God have mercy on us, and all ppl suffering from chronic diseases.
Hugs
❤️
Zoes

You may want to have your doctor check you for restless leg syndrome bc a lot of the cramps in your calf's can be caused from that. Mine has gotten so bad that it will wake me up and it feels like my entire body is cramping all at once. They put me on a muscle relaxer as well as potassium and that has helped a lot. I also get the numbing of the feet but I was just told I may have type 1 diabetes so that could be causing that. I hope you feel better soon!
