I responded to a question about stabbing pain out of nowhere. I answered in 2 parts because of letter limitations. Here is part 2. I hope you all see both parts. I dont know where to find it on here. Here is part 2**Explaining Fibro
I had one friend say, Oh my gosh, how can you stand that constant pain. You must not have any thing to be thankful for. I said to her, oh thats an easy question to answer. I handle it and suffer through because I was never given a choice. What else can I do. I looked at her and said, I absolutely do have something to be thankful for. I am thankful that my children and grandchildren do not have Fibromyalgia. I am thankful that the people whom I love the most do not have this insidious disease.
Of course I am frustated and sometimes I feel like " what is the point of it all" I am not a saint, I am no more special or worthy than anyone else. Why not me. It's not like I can negoitate it away to someone else. Even if that were possible, who would I give it to. You, another friend, someone elses mom, wife or daughter. Of course not, as much as I hate Fibromyalgia, I have accepted it into my life. I have no choice. The hardest part of this illness, is the fact that so many sufferers of this debilitating disease feel like we must expain, defend and justify our symptoms. I wonder if people with MS, Cancer, and other life changing chronic diseases get doubted or questioned. I don't think so. To my fellow Fibro Warriors, I am sending you each a gentle hug. I know how much a regular hug can hurt. Take care of yourself dear ones. We are all members of a painful, often excruciating, disabling illness, that robs us of our energy and leaves us in fibro fog too often. BUT we are warriors. We are the strongest people because we not only fight pain, fatique, insomnia and depression BUT we also fight the Stigma.
I love each of you. Stay strong. You are beautiful, and worthy. I will validate your fight for you. I know and I believe in your battle . Be strong, for you never know when you can be the one who helps a fellow fibro warrior. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

One day at a time . It took me 3 years to mourn my old life and except that I had fibromyalgia. Once I did I have learned to deal with each symptoms separately. Which symptoms I can do something for I do it. The ones I can’t I hand them to The Lord. The one great thing that has come out of having fibromyalgia is my faith has grown so strong.
I am not sure if I really answered your question if I didn’t I am sorry
I take Klonopin.
