Maybe you all have only people who you trust completely around you but I don't trust anyone. I don't even trust my family. I may sound paranoid but after what I heard from the doctor today, I'm not only locking up ALL my meds, I'm only eating and drinking what I make myself
I thought it rather funny that I had 2 bottles of Ibuprofen. With firo fog, I forget what I buy or order sometimes. Recently, I looked for the one I thought was in my bedroom locker (closet, no lock) after I knew I had given… read more

Lock your meds up. Sound like you do not wish to get anyone in trouble or unnessisarily point fingers. That being said, you gotta do what you gotta do.
Loving hugs.

Trust yourself. You are not confused or disoriented. Gaslighting is real and those who do it take advantage of trusting people. They convince you that you are unstable. Lock up everything. Try to get new people in your life to help you. Stand by your truth.

For anyone who doesn't know what gaslighting is just look it up. It's extremely abusive.

God bless and watch over you Sherilynn. 💜💜🙏🙏

If I may make a suggestion. I have all my meds put in bubble packs so it is very easy for me to keep track of my meds as some of my meds were missing and the dr thought I was taking more than I needed. But found out it was my step daughter taking them. So I found out bubble packs work well for my meds and may help anyone with trust issues with meds.. hope this helps

Sherilynn, I agree with Kitty. You need to report your information to the police now. You can not trust your helper. She is dangerous. I'm extremely worried about you. Do you have some one you trust who could stay with you until this situation is resolved? Sending prayers and gentle hugs.

OMG You need to have the Police finger print all of your medication bottles etc. And you need to notify your caretaker's supervisor that there has been issues lately crunchy thinga in you food and that you suspect that she is drugging you. I am wonder also if you might be being poisoned. You need to file a complaint about your caregiver, A good caregiver would not being doing any of those things. that is abuse and criminal
