Getting to know what might trigger pain,; stress, movements, tight clothes, posture, heat, cold, food and how to prevent it from happening helps. Also, develop different symptom relief ideas, warm compress, light exercise, massage, comfortable outfit, good bed, pillows, meditation, relaxation , prioritizing tasks etc. I find helpful to manage fibromyalgia symptoms and pain.
