My skin seems to have started reacting to normal room temperature when my arms or legs are not covered. They hurt sometimes. Does anyone have the same experience?.

I change clothes all day long to accommodate my body temperature changes. Sometimes it's layers and sometimes whole outfits. I just hang them on door hooks and throw them in the laundry when 'it's time!' It doesn't seem to have a lot to do with room or outdoor temps.
