Members rallied around someone experiencing the frustrating burning and tingling sensations in their arms and legs after a short workout, with many confirming that these nerve-related symptoms are common in fibromyalgia and often described as peripheral neuropathy. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped them, including medications like Lyrica and gabapentin, warm water therapy and pool exercises, texture-based foot exercises, and distraction techniques to redirect anxious or worried thinking. A recurring theme was the importance of pacing yourself physically, staying mentally grounded to avoid worry spirals, and knowing that while these symptoms are painful and annoying, they are a normal part of living with fibro.

Don’t stop
. It only happens when you don’t have the enzyme to metabolize it out of your body which the blood test showed I didn’t have . Your symptoms would have shown by now . I had to stop the second week out of four . It’s very rare .

I'm still stopped at the fact that you texted your neighbor's dog. Does he have his own phone, shaped like a bone and what did he text you back?
