I have the tremors also. Mine come and go. Sometimes I am shaky the majority of the day and then it just goes away. I just figured it was my medication, because whenever the Dr puts me on a new medication, this happens. I am shaky sometimes for 2-4 days until my body adjusts to it, then the shakiness goes away. I have the exact same feeling. I have had such a hard time getting anyone to understand what I mean. I feel like my entire body is vibrating or pulsating. Very annoying, but luckily not painful to me.
