Members responded with strong recognition to a question about neck, ear, back, and leg pain from fibromyalgia, with nearly everyone confirming they experience the same symptoms. Several members shared helpful strategies, including getting ears flushed and checked by a doctor, seeing a physical therapist who specializes in jaw issues, and trying acupuncture for pain relief. A recurring theme was the comfort of knowing others truly understand the constant, full-body pain and sleep struggles that come with fibromyalgia.

I have constant neck pain have for the last 4 years now and never goes away. Been like that since I had pneumonia and was how my fibromyalgia started. Sleep issues too as find it so difficult to get comfortable no matter what I try. Whichever way I lie I get chronic pain in my head neck base of skull then my face and ears if I lie on either side. Of course all the rest of my body has fUll on chronic pain daily too feeling like all my muscles ligaments and tendons being stretched and pulled to the maximum. So painful!!.. 💕

I understand where you’re coming from I’ve experienced all of the above and then I could add another grocery list on top of it some days it’s a few things other days it feels like everything you have you good and you’re bad. Believe me you’re not alone the evening was very new to me I found when I went to the doctor and got my ears flushed out and he also gave me some anti-inflammatory drops to put in my ears that that seem to help ease the problem quite significantly maybe just get them checked out believe it or not I have a little Chihuahua and a couple just a couple of his tiny little has had made his way into my ears and that was what was causing all the pain I don’t know how I manage to get there but it did you can have a very good laugh of it because I know I did. If you have any other questions or queries you’re always welcome to ask me or post it to the team obviously and we will all try to help together we have more collective college than any doctor specialist nurse etc combined🦋

My neck seems to hurt all the time, it will lessen at times, but it’s always pain. Then when a migraine hits, my neck gets so tight.
