Spasms/cramps In Hands, Fingers, Toes And Front Of Legs
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello. I have been suffering from the above for awhile, although the spasms in the front of my right leg only started this week. The pain is intense. Does anyone else have this? Thank you.

Magnesium cream/spray has been the most effective thing I've found for muscle cramps (at least in my experience). I use it most nights for the tension in my legs, and once I got a horrible cramp exercising and the magnesium almost instantly fixed it. I couldn't believe how well it worked, it was like magic.

Yes I suffer with all that you described as well having back spasms unfortunately all these symptoms that you are describing are Fibromyalgia.

At times my legs are painful and I can hardly walk, everyone on this website would get what you described above.

Hopefully your pain medication is helping you, I also use heat pads and Deep Heat Cream.

Yes, intense, sudden pain, usually won't last longer than ten seconds. Leg cramp feels like my leg will give out.
