Definately. I have playlists for everything from cleaning, bathtime chill out, driving, bedtime etc defininately boosts your mood. Music is so important it can evoke a memory or emotion with just a couple of notes its a powerful tool in our armoury. X
Yes, I love music. I love to sing to it as well. Not that I am any kind of singer, but I like to make a joyful noise. I love gospel music, old country, some 50s, 60s and 70s music. I like the oldies. I do not like the new stuff they call country. I have some favourite artists, but it is really the song that moves me. I have to be in a particular mood to listen to music. I love the old Christmas carols. Rockin around the Christmas tree doesn't do it for me. I even like Josh Groban, Sarah Brightman. I am all over the board. Like I said it is the lyrics, the song that moves me. When I want to move, I need Donna Summer and Gloria Gaynor. Maneater, The Eye of the Tiger are good to get the me moving. Some of the old country can make me cry. It is good to help relieve stress.
