I have a lot of pain in my bones. A lot of it's in the tip of my shoulders, my shoulder blades and under my skull. It hurts anytime you touch it and at times when you don't. Does anyone else have this issue? Is it a part of fibro?

Members confirmed that bone pain in the shoulders, shoulder blades, and skull base is a common fibromyalgia symptom, often described as feeling like a toothache and worsening during flares or when touched. Several members shared helpful strategies including physical therapy, using triangle pillows for neck support, staying active after waking to reduce morning stiffness, and getting proper imaging like MRIs to rule out other conditions such as rotator cuff tears, bursitis, or arthritis. A recurring theme was the importance of working with healthcare providers to distinguish fibro pain from overlapping issues and the value of persistence in finding relief through treatments like PT and gentle strengthening exercises.

Yes sometimes. They are sensitive to touch to. I get pain at the back and side of my head to which i think is connected. I find when it's bad a triangle pillow helps.

I get a lot of pain to the bone. They say you can't actually feel pain in your bones but I definitely disagree!
