Same and mine is worse
At night in feet and legs unbearable 😖

Everything that members here have already stated. No rhyme or reason when it will happen, where and for how long. Wish I had the answer for you.

Within seconds I get tingling in my legs. I constantly have to change positions.

In my legs I have to change positions often, usually after a few minutes. My arms and hands will start whenever. I can't usually predict when they will start. Both are on and off though all day long.

Mine never stops just gets worse on and off but at night in bed it really turns on.
