Yep it's cause by home spurs! And is the early signs of arthritis developing

Yeeeessss. But my body has been pinned with arthritis for years. On top of the that I might have the worst set of docs in the world. Beware of the meds.

Oh, yeah. It has been going on for years. Some days nothing and than some days I am the spokes person for Rice Krispies.

My neck sounds like snap crackle pop. My right hip pops when I walk or if I lift my knee. My left side has no issues.

I’ve had this my entire life. Its painless though, so I’m not sure if this is the same as other people with arthritis etc. I was told that is is nitrogen gases escaping, perfectly normal, and nothing to be concerned about
